Dentakay Bagcilar Abandons Patient Post-Braces After Doctor Departs Branch

Years ago, I started my braces treatment at the Dentakay Istanbul Bagcilar branch and received my treatment under the Dentakay name. However, after my treatment ended and my braces were removed, I was treated almost as if I had never received care at this clinic at all. Because my dentist left the clinic, I was not given proper attention and felt abandoned.

During this process, I had to pay my former doctor out of pocket at an outside practice to finish my treatment and resolve my issues, even though I had received this treatment from start to finish under Dentakay. Furthermore, whenever even a tiny piece of my braces came off, they constantly demanded extra fees from me without offering any warranty or support for the previously installed hardware. I feel completely abandoned regarding post-treatment care, support, and guarantees.

I feel deep regret for starting this journey with Dentakay. I would have expected an approach that stands by its patients after treatment, does not leave them stranded when doctors change, and provides a reasonable warranty period for braces. I request that my grievance be taken into consideration and, given that my treatment was completed under Dentakay, that I be provided with a satisfactory explanation and resolution regarding the additional fees collected and the hardship I suffered afterward.
