Deliveroo Driver Blamed Me for Their Mistake and Was Unnecessarily Rude
Having using Deliveroo for some time, my experience was essentially good until today. But this time the driver was rather nasty, blaming me in the live chat of not mentioning the building name, which would have presumably led him to enter several incorrect buildings. The annoying thing is that no other driver had any issue locating the identical address I used for more than twenty transactions. All quite clearly filled out are the road name, number, post-code, and flat number I supplied. Furthermore mentioned as optional when registering addresses is the block name. Why was this one so nasty and disrespectful if every other motorist handled without texting or calling? Deliveroo has to fix its requirements for driver training and correspondence.
