Deliveroo Delivered Cold Soggy Food and Gave Me a Poor Refund

I ordered dinner through Deliveroo in search of a laid-back evening, but it went horribly. Over an hour passed before the driver showed up; he described casually stopped at a convenience store for his "personal errand." The dinner was absolutely inedible, ice-cold and soggy by the time it got to us. Expecting some responsibility, I contacted Deliveroo support but all I received was a pitiful partial refund that hardly covered half the order. Ultimately, we had to toss everything and search for another dinner somewhere else. It was astonishing how lacking professionalism and quality control was. Deliveroo's service has dropped dramatically; you would be better off picking up your food personally.
