Deliveroo gave me cold food and ignored help, how can I resolve this?

If your Deliveroo food was cold and your requests for help were ignored, you should report the problem (like cold food) and ask for a refund or redelivery by using the "Order Help" feature in the Deliveroo app or website under Order History; refunds are given when food comes cold or not as expected.

Make sure you sent it in on time with Deliveroo or local consumer rules, and include pictures and a clear account of why the food was not acceptable.

If direct help doesn't respond, make a complaint about Xolvie to get people to notice and get things fixed.
