Decathlon TS 100 Pull Up Bar Order Cancelled and Price Increased

On March 24, 2026, I placed an order through Decathlon Turkey for a product named “Adjustable Pull-Up Bar with Space-Saving Design - TS 100” at a price of ₺4,550 (approximately $103.15). The order number for this purchase is TR4146392145. While I was waiting for the product to be delivered, I noticed on April 2, 2026 that my order had been automatically refunded without any request or instruction from me. I was not informed of any issue and did not receive any email, SMS, or notification explaining why the order was cancelled and refunded. At the time I placed the order, the product price was ₺4,550. The same product is now listed at ₺4,950 (approximately $112.22). The order being refunded without ever being shipped, without any notification, and the price then increasing creates the impression that the product may have been deliberately refunded in order not to ship it at the lower price. In addition, I believe there was an attempt to charge an extra ₺99 (approximately $2.24) as a shipping fee, which has further undermined my trust in this transaction. I request a clear explanation for why my order was refunded without my consent and without any information being provided. More importantly, I want to receive the “Adjustable Pull-Up Bar with Space-Saving Design - TS 100” at the original price of ₺4,550 that I paid on March 24, 2026, without any additional shipping charge. I am not willing to purchase the product at the increased price. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved according to the price and conditions valid at the time of my original order; otherwise, I am seriously considering not shopping at Decathlon again.
