It was stated that the loss would be compensated if it was not discovered. I informed the brand of the situation, and despite the fact that I demonstrated that my cargo company did not send it to me with a voice recording and provided it to them, they did not deposit my money. The matter is unrelated to me as a consumer! I paid for a product that was never delivered. My concern is not with the contract or correlation between the brand and the cargo. They forced me to pay for things that never arrived. For me, the Decathlon brand is finished. If they don't work with dependable cargo, it's their problem, not mine. I will file complaints with the prosecutor's office and other appropriate authorities, but everyone should be aware that Decathlon victimizes its clients.
