Daikin Combi Continuous Maintenance Problem, In Need Of Brand New Combi

We bought a Daikin combi boiler four months ago, and it's already broken down four times. There is currently a problem with the cards. This item clearly has defects, and the combo should be replaced. Daikin, on the other hand, is refusing to do anything about it. It's unacceptable for a brand-new piece of technology to break four times in four months. We have tried everything short of going to Consumer Court to resolve this issue. We gambled on Daikin since we knew they made high-quality heating systems. Recurring issues have plagued our time here, unfortunately. Every breakdown is an annoyance that gets in the way of our regular activities and makes life more difficult. So fed up being have to deal with this problematic piece of thing...

"We were only able to take one bath using the boiler in the past two weeks. The second time, we finished the bath shivering with cold water and then had to use poured water. We experienced this during winter days too, but back then we didn't have a baby. Now we have a 4-month-old baby at home, and we could have faced this in the snow and cold as well. Of course, no official would care. Two weeks ago, when the weather was cold, our baby got sick. We waited for the service for two days because it was the weekend and May 1st was in between. When we were taking our baby to the hospital, the service called and said they came but we weren't home. We explained that we had to take our child to the hospital because he was sick and asked if they could come after we returned from the hospital. The service worker said it was not possible and that they would come again sometime but couldn't give a specific day. This is how much they cared, even in winter. I will keep writing here until the process is concluded. Even if the company doesn't care, at least others will know what to expect and won't suffer like we did."
