Withdrawal Amount Not Received

I placed sports bets on Dafabet under the Dafa Sports section and requested a withdrawal of 17,000 INR on 11/06/2026 to my IDBI bank account via bank transfer. Although the withdrawal request shows as approved on Dafabet’s side, the 17,000 INR has still not been credited to my bank account. I first contacted Dafabet customer support about this unpaid withdrawal on 12 June 2026 and have been following up since then. However, I have not received any clear information about the real reason for the delay or when my money will actually be paid. The only response I get is an apology for the delay, without any concrete explanation or solution. I would like to state that I have successfully withdrawn funds to this same IDBI bank account many times before from Dafabet and those payments were always received on time. This makes the current situation even more concerning, as this is the first time my approved withdrawal has not been credited. I request that my 17,000 INR withdrawal be processed and paid to my IDBI bank account as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear, detailed explanation for the delay in processing this payment.
