Dafabet Did Not Credit My ₹25,000 Deposits Despite Multiple Requests

I am writing to complain about deposits to my Dafabet Dafa Sports account that have still not been credited. On March 8, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹15,000 via UPI using PhonePe, but the amount has not appeared in my Dafa Sports balance.

In addition to this, there is another deposit of ₹10,000 with reference number 499168001 on March 22, 2026, at 09:36:58 (GMT+05:30), and the earlier ₹15,000 deposit with reference 496610098 on March 8, 2026, at 01:16:45 (GMT+05:30). For both transactions, I have contacted your support team multiple times and sent several emails. Each time, I receive the same response stating that the deposit is being followed up, that the amount will be credited once confirmed, and that I should monitor the status via Cashier > History & Follow-up.

Despite these repeated responses, the funds are still not credited, and the issue has been ongoing for over a month without any real resolution. I request that Dafabet immediately credit the ₹15,000 deposit from March 8, 2026, and the ₹10,000 deposit from March 22, 2026, to my Dafa Sports account without any further delay. I also expect a clear confirmation once both amounts have been successfully credited.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further with my payment provider and relevant consumer complaint platforms.
