Dafabet UPI Payment Successful But Balance Not Updated

I made a deposit to my Dafabet sports betting account on 10 April at around 8:12 PM through the Dafabet website, using PhonePe UPI linked to my Union Bank of India account, for an amount of ₹500. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and I have the UPI transaction reference ID T2604102012212207605684 as proof. However, the money has still not been credited to my Dafabet account. After noticing that the deposit had not been reflected, I contacted Dafabet customer support and was only informed that the issue is still “under process”, without a clear explanation for the delay or any definite time frame for resolution. I then checked with PhonePe/Union Bank of India about this payment, and their response was to contact the merchant, which confirms that the payment was successfully processed from my side and the funds are now stuck on Dafabet’s end. This situation is causing unnecessary inconvenience, as my ₹500 is deducted from my bank account but not available in my Dafabet balance. I request that my ₹500 deposit with the above-mentioned transaction ID be immediately credited to my Dafabet account without any further delay, or that the issue be resolved urgently with a clear explanation of what went wrong and when it will be fixed.
