In my entire life, I have never encountered such a deceptive service. I bought a Dacia Duster five months ago, and it has been plagued with problems ever since. Worse, when I take it in under warranty, they acknowledge the issues, ask me to leave the vehicle, and promise to fix it. They called me back later that evening, claiming to have resolved the issues. When I returned, I discovered that they'd marked the problems as fixed without actually addressing them, a total of ten times. I have records of these visits, and all of the issues that were reported are still present. Despite repeated complaints to headquarters, no action has been taken. This level of irresponsibility is unfathomable. I'm sorry I got involved with the Frat Renault dealership in Anlurfa. I'll be taking my case to the Consumer Arbitration Board; we'll see what happens.
