On 27 December 2025, an amount of USD 19.99 was charged to my Visa credit card issued by HNB Bank, Kinniya Branch, Sri Lanka, without my consent or any prior subscription. On my statement, the transaction appears as “CVwizard NDcswsuz, NL (Card last number 9850)” with reference number SD9063892. I have never subscribed to any CV Wizard service, and I did not approve this payment in any way. This is an unauthorized transaction, and I am extremely uncomfortable that my card details appear to have been used without my knowledge or permission. I request that the unauthorized payment of USD 19.99 be fully refunded to my card and that any subscription, profile, or recurring payment that may have been created with my details be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent. I also request that the necessary investigation be carried out and that I be informed in writing of the outcome.
