Refund For CVwizard Charge Taken Without My Permission
I am a TymeBank customer and I receive my monthly child support grant of R560 into my TymeBank account. Today at around 10:34 an amount of R299.99 was taken from my account without my permission, and this has left me without enough money to buy essentials such as pampers for my baby. On my side I did not authorise any debit or purchase for this amount and I do not understand why this money was taken. I contacted TymeBank customer service about this transaction and I was told to contact you. I am asking for a full refund of the R299.99 that was taken from my child support grant so that I can use the money for my baby’s essential needs. I also request a clear explanation of why this amount was deducted from my account without my consent and that such deductions do not happen again in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently because this money is specifically for my child’s support and we are now left without basic necessities due to this debit.
