I Want My Full Refund And Cancellation Of CVWizard
I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction from CVwizard on my TymeBank Visa debit card, even though I have never signed up for their services, never created an account, and never entered my card details on their platform. On 23 February 2026 at 09:59 a.m., an amount of R299.99 was debited from my TymeBank Visa debit card. The transaction reference number on my bank statement is 605407354743. I do not know which subscription or service this charge is linked to, as I have no relationship with CVwizard and had no prior notice or consent for this payment. After noticing the transaction, I tried to contact CVwizard but could not find a clear or accessible channel to reach them and dispute this charge. I also contacted my bank, TymeBank, regarding this unauthorized debit, but so far I have not received any response or resolution. I request an immediate full refund of the R299.99 that was taken from my account without authorization and the cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been created in my name or linked to my card details without my explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card in the future.
