I Face Cvmaker Subscription Not Cancelled And Unexpected Charges

I used the Cvmaker service in July 2025 and believed that my subscription had been canceled. I have not used the service for about a year.

Despite this, I recently received an email stating that I owe approximately $770, and it was presented in a way that felt like an attempt to pressure or intimidate me into making a payment if I did not renew a membership. I never approved or knowingly agreed to any subscription with such a high fee, and I do not accept that I am obligated to pay this amount.

Since I believed my subscription had already been terminated, I did not contact customer support earlier, as I had no reason to expect any ongoing charges.

I request that my Cvmaker subscription be fully canceled, that any charges made without my clear and informed consent be refunded, and that I receive written confirmation that I have no outstanding balance and that no collection or enforcement action will be taken against me based on this alleged $770 charge.
