CV Maker Subscription Not Cancelled - Charged Monthly After Cancellation

I started a paid subscription on CV Maker but later canceled it through the account settings. Despite this, ₺250 has continued to be charged every month to my İş Bankası credit card since June. The fact that my card has been charged regularly for several months both causes financial harm and suggests that my subscription is still shown as active in the system even though I canceled it. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my CV Maker subscription be fully terminated, and that all amounts charged to my card since June be refunded. If necessary, I can also provide my bank statements and the exact charge dates.
