I bought a pair of Crocs shoes. I stored the shoes in the shoe cabinet and did not use them this summer. When I took them out of the cabinet to use them, I realized that they had shrunk on their own. The shoes were only kept in the shoe cabinet under normal home conditions and were not exposed to any extreme situation such as sun, heater or car heat. Despite this, the product has deformed on its own without any use, which I find very disappointing for a brand like Crocs. I request that my Crocs shoes, which have shrunk while standing unused in the shoe cabinet, be replaced with a new and fault-free product. I kindly ask you to examine my complaint and provide a quick and positive response.
