Cratos Royal Bet Withheld ₺567K and Ignored My Withdrawal Requests

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Cratos Royal Bet due to their unethical handling of my funds. Out of ₺767,000 in winnings, I was only able to withdraw ₺200,000. My last deposit was ₺20,000, which multiplied 30 times to ₺600,000, yet the site refused to release the full amount. They simply erased the remaining balance and acted as if nothing happened.

When I inquired, a representative dismissively claimed that the system had changed, though it only seems to “change” when payouts are due. While depositing money is seamless, withdrawing is intentionally limited to ₺20,000 at a time, and even that requires further deposits. I feel betrayed, especially after sharing my excitement with others. Cratos Royal Bet must resolve this immediately and restore my full winnings.
