I am unable to access my Coursera account due to an issue that only occurs when the account language is set to Turkish. After clearing cookies and logging in with a different Google account, I discovered the platform works perfectly in all other supported languages, including English. However, switching back to Turkish triggers a syntax error, making the site completely unusable.
I contacted Coursera’s support team and shared screenshots of the issue. They acknowledged the problem and said their engineers are working on a fix. However, they asked me to wait 14 days before creating a new support ticket if the issue persists.
This delay is unacceptable. I’m paying ₺60 monthly and cannot access any courses during this time. With many lessons to complete, I am losing both time and money. Coursera must resolve this issue immediately and compensate users for the inconvenience caused.
