Couchsurfing Account Closed Without Explanation After 15 Years of Positive Use

I've been a Couchsurfing member for 15 years, with 20 positive reviews and only one negative. Recently, I hosted a guest with seven negative reviews, and after some issues arose, I reported the situation to Couchsurfing. Instead of addressing my concerns, Couchsurfing initially froze my account and then closed it permanently, without providing any explanation. This treatment is unfair and dismissive, especially given my long history of positive interactions on the platform. I feel wronged and abandoned by Couchsurfing after years of loyalty, and I’m asking for a clear reason for my account's closure or for my account to be reinstated immediately.
