Couchsurfing Paid Membership Issues – Unable to Activate or Access Account

On September 15, I signed up for a paid membership with Couchsurfing, and ₺195.67 was charged to my account. Everything seemed fine initially, but I quickly ran into issues. I couldn't activate my phone number or ID verification, and every attempt to reset my password failed. Despite reaching out multiple times through email and Instagram, I’ve received no response whatsoever. This experience has been extremely frustrating—how can a service charge for membership without providing basic support? I demand that Couchsurfing address these issues immediately, activate my account fully, and provide proper assistance. Without these essential functions, the membership is pointless, and I expect a swift resolution.
