Cos Weirdo's Fails to Ship Order After Three Weeks

I placed an online order from Cos Weirdo's Giyim on May 7, purchasing two hoodies and one T-shirt. My order number is 15104. However, despite several weeks having passed, my order still has not been shipped, and I have not received any explanation or update regarding the delay.

I have been waiting for approximately three weeks for both my order to be shipped and for the company to provide me with an update. During this time, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company through its WhatsApp support line and by phone, but I have received no response whatsoever and have been unable to reach anyone who can assist me.

I request an immediate full refund of the amount I paid and a clear explanation of what happened to my order and why it was not shipped.
