Hello, I recently purchased a Corby CX014 drone from MediaMarkt. While the drone itself flies without any issues, I’m experiencing a frustrating problem when it comes to the camera functionality. As soon as I connect the drone to the mobile app, the camera image appears completely upside down.
I’ve tried to adjust it through the app, but nothing fixes the orientation. I don’t know if this is a software issue or if there’s a hardware fault with the drone’s camera. Either way, it’s ruining the experience and making the drone impossible to use for recording or viewing.
I need clear guidance or a fix for this problem. Please let me know whether this issue is common and if a firmware update or replacement is required. I’d appreciate a quick response.
