Lost Access to My CooMeet Account After Paying for $1.99 Package

I purchased the $1.99 one-month, 40-minute package on CooMeet, but I lost access to my account. I believe I still have around two weeks of minutes remaining. This situation is extremely frustrating as I cannot use the service I paid for.

I am requesting assistance to either transfer the unused minutes to another account or receive a refund for the remaining time. Alternatively, I would appreciate help in recovering access to my original account. Please address this issue promptly, as it is unacceptable to lose access to a paid service without any resolution. I expect CooMeet to provide a clear and immediate solution.
