I purchased a $1.99 package on CooMeet, which was supposed to include 40 minutes of talk time. However, I was only able to use 10 minutes before the remaining minutes disappeared. This is unacceptable, and I feel cheated as I did not receive what I paid for. I want to cancel this transaction and request a full refund for the package. CooMeet must resolve this issue immediately and ensure that customers receive the services promised. I am serious about having this problem addressed and demand a prompt resolution.
