I purchased a CooMeet 1.99 USD package, which provided 40 minutes of service, used over a week. Previously, when I removed the payment card I used for a subscription, it would automatically cancel the recurring payment. However, now there is no subscription cancellation option available, and I am also unable to remove my credit card from the platform. I do not wish for my subscription to continue.

This situation is causing me significant frustration and concern as I am being charged for a service I no longer want, with no clear way to stop it. The lack of a direct cancellation method or the ability to manage my payment information makes me feel trapped into an unwanted recurring charge.
