I purchased a 3-day, 10-minute Premium package from CooMeet for $0.99 on my previously canceled Premium account. However, instead of charging the stated amount, $3 was withdrawn from my account. Despite my efforts, I cannot cancel the Premium subscription, and I do not want it to renew automatically. This overcharge is unacceptable, and the inability to cancel adds to the frustration. I demand an immediate refund of the extra amount taken and assistance in successfully canceling the subscription to avoid further charges. CooMeet needs to address this issue promptly, as it’s misleading and unfair to customers.
