Unauthorized Converter Space Subscription Charges Need Refund

Without my knowledge or consent, my Garanti Bank credit card has been charged $9.99 USD every month for the Converter Space X100 converter product. These charges have occurred four times since March 23.

I have seen similar complaints from other users, which led me to cancel my card. I also contacted your support via email and phone, but I have not received any response or assistance. I do not have any subscription or agreement for this product or service.

I am requesting an immediate refund of all payments made without my authorization. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
