Converter Space Keeps Charging Me Without Any Subscription

On June 28, 2025, I used the Converter Space website to convert a PDF under the impression that the service was free. However, after the transaction, charges began to be deducted from my Garanti Bank Bonus Flexi credit card without my knowledge or consent. These charges, listed as “converter space” in the transaction details, have totaled approximately $375 and were taken intermittently. The most recent charge was $27 on October 5, 2025, and the charges are still ongoing.

Despite not creating any membership, placing any order, or registering for any service, these unauthorized charges were made from my card. As of today, I have blocked my card, and according to my bank, I will be able to file a dispute within 48 hours.

I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges made by Converter Space and the cancellation of any account or transaction that may have been created under my name. I ask that this matter be urgently investigated and that my financial loss be resolved.
