Webhelp Charged Me £300 for Equipment After Failing to Collect It Despite My Emails
When I met with Webhelp last month, I told them straight out that I needed time off for a family obligation. They said it wouldn't be a problem, even after I reminded them when I agreed to take the job. After I finished my 4-week training, they changed how they felt about me, and I started getting emails telling me I had to change my leave. When I got back, I was mistreated and told to go above and beyond my goals to "make up" for the time I had been away. I quit because of the stress this caused. Since then, Webhelp has charged me over £300 and hasn't set up a time to pick up my work-from-home tools, even though I've emailed them several times. I tried to get a return by calling payroll, but they are now ignoring me.
