Columbia Shoes Purchased on Amazon Fell Apart in 6 Months – No Support for Returns
I bought a pair of Columbia shoes from Amazon, and within just six months, the sides began to come apart. I reached out to Amazon for assistance, only to be told that since it’s an international purchase, they can’t help me. Shouldn’t this have been made clear at the time of purchase? Despite multiple messages, I received no further response. It’s disappointing that a global company like Amazon provides no solution for defective products. Amazon, please address this issue and offer a return or exchange process, especially for customers purchasing international items that don’t hold up to quality standards.
