Colgate Plax Tea & Lemon Mouthwash Doesn’t Feel Fresh or Clean

I have been using Colgate toothpaste for a long time and have generally been satisfied with it. For mouthwash, I previously preferred Listerine. With Listerine, I could clearly notice the refreshing sensation and clean feeling in my mouth from ingredients such as mint and eucalyptus.

I bought two bottles of Colgate Plax Fresh Protect Tea & Lemon to try and have been using it for about a week. However, to me, the product feels like nothing more than lemon-flavored water. It leaves neither a refreshing sensation nor a clean feeling in my mouth. I definitely did not experience the “fresh” effect the product promises, and as a result, I am dissatisfied with my purchase.

For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the Colgate Plax Fresh Protect Tea & Lemon mouthwash I purchased.
