This letter is my formal complaint against the Izmir, Turkey-based realty firm Coldwell Banker 360. I reached out to the agency for a Karşıyaka rental apartment, and they informed me that nobody has submitted an application for it as of yet.
I had a great time at the apartment seeing. After I expressed my interest in renting the property, the agent informed me that he needed one hour to verify the details with the landlord.
Someone else had rented the place, the realtor informed me an hour later when we spoke on the phone. Not even an apology for the trouble was forthcoming from him.
The way Coldwell Banker 360 dealt with this matter was really disappointing to me. Without offering me the opportunity to submit an offer, they rented the apartment to someone else despite their promise to give it to me.
Coldwell Banker 360 has been very unprofessional, and I would like them to apologize and pay me back for all the trouble they've caused.
