I’m extremely frustrated with CoinTR right now. I forgot my Google Authenticator code because it was on my old phone, and now I’m completely locked out of withdrawing my own money—during a holiday, no less. I’m receiving email and SMS verification codes just fine, but CoinTR still requires the old Authenticator code, which I can no longer access.
I’ve emailed their support team several times explaining the issue, but I haven’t received a single response. It’s unacceptable to leave users in the dark like this, especially when their funds are at stake.
CoinTR, I demand that you reset my Authenticator so I can access my account and withdraw my money. I’m tired of being ignored.
