Coinpayu Identity Verification Failed for 3 Months Blocking My $13 Withdrawal
For about 3 months, I have been unable to withdraw the $13 balance from my Coinpayu account (username: Mcht1256, email: p********@outlook.com.tr). My account is active, and I was previously able to withdraw funds successfully. However, for the past 3 months, I have been receiving the error “Identity verification failed” during the verification process, which prevents me from withdrawing my money. I used to have multiple accounts, but I closed them all, and now only one account is active. I face the same issue both on the computer and on the mobile app. When I contact customer service, I keep receiving the same automatic reply: “You are using multiple accounts,” and my issue is never resolved. I request that the identity verification problem be fixed so that I can withdraw my balance and that my account be fully activated.
