Coinpayu Flagged “Multiple Accounts” And Withheld 12.93 DOGE Withdrawal To Paribu
Today I submitted a withdrawal request on Coinpayu. However, despite completing the identity verification process in full, the system refused to process my payment on the grounds that I have multiple accounts—even though I have only a single account. When I contacted the support team, they collected my ID information but sent only an automated reply about identity verification and multiple accounts, and my payment was still not made. I request that the 12.93 DOGE payment be sent to my **@gmail.com account and my Paribu account as soon as possible. I ask that the issue be thoroughly reviewed and my grievance remedied.
