My Mars Protocol coins on Coinex have mysteriously vanished, and I wanted to write and express my frustration and concern. I've tried to get in touch with customer support multiple times, but have yet to hear back from them with any information about my missing coins. I contacted support and was told that the Mars Protocol coins in my account had been reset and would be replaced with another currency. However, I was not given any information about the new currency, and I have yet to find any indication that the coins were replaced or refunded. Because of this, I am worried that someone may have gained unauthorized access to my account and used it to steal money. If this problem is not fixed soon, I may have to consider filing a criminal complaint with cybercrime authorities. I am writing to request that the Coinex team take prompt action to resolve this issue, close the tickets I have opened, and return the missing coins to my account. In my capacity as a dedicated customer, I count on receiving timely responses to my inquiries and helpful guidance throughout the resolution of any issues that may arise.
