Coinbase Sent Me Suspicious Login Email Even Though I Never Opened an Account

Last night, I received an email from Coinbase stating that there had been a suspicious login to my account. However, I have never opened an account with Coinbase nor carried out any transactions. After receiving this email, I visited the site to check with my own details, but no account was found. Still, if an account has been opened or any transactions have been made without my knowledge, I request that my account be closed and my email address completely removed from the system. I ask for this matter to be resolved and for my personal information to be secured. I am not responsible for any actions that may have been taken without my knowledge.
