Cloudex Account Balance Updates Delayed After Deposit Or Trade

Cloudex account update system is extremely slow. For example, when I make a deposit or close a trade, it sometimes takes hours for the balance to refresh. This delay makes it difficult to track profits and plan my next moves. I hope they upgrade their system to reflect account changes in real time
