Clipper Lighter Fluid Caused Skin Burn and Irritation

Clipper Lighter Fluid Caused Skin Burn and Irritation
September 2, 2024 6:33 PM22

Today, I purchased Clipper lighter fluid and filled it into my lighter. Although the performance was subpar—lighting only one out of five tries—I decided to use it and resolved never to buy anything but Zippo fluid again. However, after carrying the lighter in my pocket for an extended period, I suddenly felt a burning sensation on my leg.

When I checked, I discovered a red, irritated patch on my skin the size of the lighter. I immediately removed the lighter and washed the affected area with water, but the burning and itching persist. This experience convinced me that the product poses a risk to human health. I urge Clipper to take this issue seriously and prioritize consumer safety.
