My Clipper Lighter Broke Twice, and Support Is Unavailable

I purchased a Clipper lighter with a warranty, and while it was replaced once, it broke again within just a week of use. When I contacted the seller, they claimed they couldn’t help and directed me to Clipper’s customer service. However, I have been unable to reach Clipper for assistance.

This situation has left me frustrated and with no resolution in sight. I expect the company to honor the warranty and either repair or replace the defective lighter promptly. Ignoring customers’ concerns and failing to provide proper support reflects poorly on the brand. Please address my complaint immediately and resolve this issue to prevent further inconvenience.
