My shipment from Clinique, sent via Kolay Gelsin and tracked under number 150742331, has been missing since Thursday, November 20. For the past three days, I have been receiving constant SMS messages saying the package is “out for delivery,” yet there is no clear information and no real progress. Their website provides no meaningful explanation either—just a so-called live map view that shows nothing useful.
There is no phone number where I can reach an operations manager or a responsible person. The only so-called support option is a WhatsApp contact, and when I message them, they do nothing beyond repeating that the package is “in the field” or “out for delivery.” I can already see that from the SMS messages, so they provide no new or helpful information. There is no one accountable, no one explaining the process, and no real point of contact.
Because of this process, they have completely drained my time, energy, and patience. I want to clearly state that this kind of irresponsible, careless operation that completely ignores the customer is unacceptable. I expect this company to urgently improve itself—especially by employing authorized, reachable staff who can actually communicate with customers. Instead of sending packages directly from the warehouse to delivery with no control, I request that they establish intermediate branches or delivery points, ensure shipments are not left in limbo, and deliver packages to addresses on time and without issues. I expect this inconvenience to be taken seriously and for clear, transparent communication to be established regarding the entire process.
