Clinique Order Delivery Problems

I ordered products from Clinique's website about 6 days ago. The delivery was scheduled for the 28th. However, the package has not arrived since the specified delivery date. When I called the courier, they explained that due to the lack of delivery networks in Karabük, the package was returned to the seller. When I contacted Clinique's customer service, I was informed that they would resend the package with the same courier, even though it was returned. I requested it to be shipped with another company, but that was not possible. Then why accept delivery to Karabük if it's not possible to ship with another company? I don't want to return my product, I want to receive it. I am also tired of being left without a solution.
