MSPY Subscription Fails to Update or Upgrade
On March 13, 2026, I purchased a 3-month package for the mSpy app for iPhone and paid $39 using my debit card. I did not experience any issues during installation, and the app installed successfully; however, the system does not perform daily updates and the data is not refreshing.
Additionally, I am unable to upgrade the package—the system does not allow it. I have tried contacting live support multiple times regarding these issues, but I only receive automated AI responses. I cannot reach a real representative, and my problem remains unresolved.
Since I have not been able to benefit from the service in any way, I am requesting a refund of the $39 I paid.
