My Clash Royale Purchase Not Delivered Despite Payment

I purchased an offer in Clash Royale that I really liked, and the payment was successfully processed; the money was deducted from my account, and I even received a receipt. However, it's been over an hour, and I still haven't received the items I paid for. I tried contacting the support team, but I couldn't get through or resolve the issue.
I’m extremely disappointed and don’t know what else to do. Please ensure that I receive my purchased items immediately and prevent this from happening again in the future. I expect a swift resolution, as I have already paid for the product and have yet to receive what I purchased.
