I’ve been playing Clash Royale on my Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, and since July 2023, I’ve been checking the emoji shop every single day for two years without missing a day. Despite this, the “Hihihiha” emoji with sunglasses (the pixelated/arcade-style version) has never appeared in the shop — even though it’s not supposed to be a rare or special emoji.
My player ID is #v*, and I’ve already contacted customer support, but I haven’t received any response at all. There are no restrictions or technical issues with my account, and all other emojis rotate normally in the shop.
I’ve been waiting an unreasonably long time for this emoji to appear, and I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of updates or action. I’m requesting that the “Hihihiha” emoji be added to my account directly or that I receive a clear explanation as to why it hasn’t been available for such an extended period.
