Clash Royale 2v2 Matchmaking Pits Level 10 Players Against Level 15 Opponents

I have been actively playing Clash Royale for a long time, and for the past week I have been experiencing a very frustrating issue with 2v2 matchmaking. My King Tower level is 10, but almost every 2v2 match I join pairs us against opponents at level 15. This happens daily and in nearly every match I play, making the games extremely unbalanced and unenjoyable.

Because of this level difference, we start each match at a serious disadvantage, and no matter how well we play, it is almost impossible to compete fairly. I previously contacted support about this issue, but my message was only seen and I did not receive any response, which increased my disappointment even further.

I request that the 2v2 matchmaking system be revised so that players are matched with others who have similar King Tower levels, or at least within a reasonable level range. I want to be able to play 2v2 in a fair environment where strategy and effort matter, not just level differences. I kindly ask that my account and this situation be reviewed and that improvements be made to the matchmaking system so 2v2 battles become balanced and fair.
