Supercell Is Not Fair – Unbalanced Clash Royale Matchmaking

I play Clash Royale on my Samsung A10s, and while my tower level is 11, I keep getting matched against players with level 15 towers and much stronger decks. This happened several times today, and in each case I suffered major trophy losses.

The situation is especially frustrating in Classic Battle mode, where the unfair matchmaking makes it impossible to compete. Because of this, I felt forced to quit playing the game entirely.

I have not contacted the support team yet, and I am running the latest version of the game.

I am requesting:

Fairer matchmaking adjustments so that players are not paired against opponents with such extreme level differences.

Restoration of the trophies lost due to these unfair matches.

This problem discourages loyal players and takes away the fun of Clash Royale. I kindly ask Supercell to resolve it so players can enjoy a fair and competitive experience.
