Clash Royale Unfair Matchmaking at 5120 Trophies for User “myrun”

For about a month, I have been experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in Clash Royale. I am currently at 5120 trophies, yet I constantly get matched against players with much higher-level cards, and often even direct counter-decks (anti decks). This creates an unfair competitive environment and has taken away the enjoyment of the game.

I attempted to contact the Supercell support team about this issue, but I only received automated bot replies and no real solution was provided. My in-game username is myrun.

I am requesting a fairer matchmaking system where opponents’ card levels are closer to mine, instead of being placed against players with a clear advantage. I expect Supercell to take this issue seriously and provide a lasting solution so that players like me can enjoy balanced and fair gameplay again.
