My Clash of Clans Account Unfairly Closed Due to Security Issues

My Clash of Clans account, which I have invested 10-12 years of effort and significant money into, was unfairly closed due to "security reasons." The account was tied to an old Hotmail email address, which I learned is no longer supported. When I logged in with my email and password, I was directed to create a new Gmail account, something I did not initiate.
Now, I cannot access my account, and my email's domain change has left me unable to receive any recovery emails. Despite providing proof and screenshots to verify my ownership, the automated "live support" system keeps rejecting my claims, offering no real resolution or human assistance.
I demand either immediate account reinstatement or a full refund for all the purchases I have made over the years. It’s unfair to lose years of hard work and financial investment without proper support or recourse. Supercell needs to address this issue urgently.
